General

A - By using the bonus entry gateway, you complete the required tasks (like us on social media, follow us on social media, etc) to receive one extra entry for the draw occuring at the time of you completing the bonus activity. You can do multiple challenges to get more bonus entries.
A - When a prize is not claimed, it rolls over to the next available draw to grow that giveaway prize pot.
A - If it's one of the active draws it is located on the main page nar the bottom. Those claim spots are visible for 24 hours and will disappear once the next draw occurs. We have a list of all previous draws, what the draw was for and whether the draw was claimed or unclaimed. You can see a list of winner username in this section.
A - No. We do not sell your email and we will not spam your email. We have an anti-spam policy. We only use your email for site specific reminders and notifications.

Account

A - If you have your name showing on the top right (desktop) or when you click on the menu symbol on the top right (mobile) you are logged in. If you are logged out, your name will not be showing. Log in by selecting "Sign in" , also on the top right. Once you have registered (and verified your email) you will be eligible for draws.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you can't locate it, please go to verification page to request another email or please email "SLGiveaway.info@gmail.com" and we will help.
Nope, you enter once to be eligible for giveaways, but you MUST pick 1 of the 2 daily draws to be entered. You are not automatically entered and must pick one of the two options. You also have to login to the platform before entering into a draw.
A - If you stop checking the site for a prolonged period of time you might be removed to allow space for active users. In this case, you will be sent reminders about re-joining the site via email.
A - We are sad to see you go, but you can leave SLG by going to your account settings page and choosing the "Delete account" option at the bottom of the page. Users who simply stop playing daily will eventually be removed from the site as well. We hope you return to keep winning and supporting your local businesses.

Draws

A - Draws occur for both giveaways daily at 12:00 pm (noon). A random user is drawn for each giveaway. Reminder emails will be sent to active users and you must pick 1 of the 2 available draws to be entered. Winners have exactly 24hrs to claim their prize and must claim the prize through the website.

Prizes

A - When the giveaway ends (12:00 pm noon) a random winner is picked. We post the winning email on the website above the giveaway description. If your email wins you click the "CLAIM" button to notify the SLG team. We will reach out via email to arrange for delivery of your prize. We will be issuing e-vouchers that can be redeemed at all businesses associated with your draw.
